Delete your The 528 Deck account
This page deletes the account you use in The 528 Deck app, from any browser, without the app. You can also delete your account in the app: open You, then Delete account.
Steps
- Sign in below the same way you signed up: Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, your email and password, or "Email me a sign-in link".
- Read what is deleted and what is kept.
- Choose "Delete my account". Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, scores, favorites, typed school names, download counts and sign-in. Study data and downloads are wiped from this phone, and your results leave the group statistics at the next nightly update.
Deleting your account turns off renewal of your Google Play subscription. There is no refund for the current period.
Deleting your account ends your Lifetime plan and it cannot be restored. Write to support before deleting if you want to ask about it.
What is kept, and for how long
We keep a few records without your name or email: purchase records for 7 years for tax and fraud checks; consent records for 3 years (for a purchase, until 1 year after the plan ends if later); for 24 months, a record that this device has had its free 24 hours; a deletion record for 42 days. Google removes your sign-in record within 180 days. Backups, server logs, crash reports, app analytics and payment event records are not edited; they expire within 90 days. Emails between you and our support address, and copies of the notices we send you, stay in that mailbox for 3 years.
